This residential apartment project which comes with a cantilevered swimming pool, a party lawn on the 21st floor and a luxury mini theatre, is the most expensive money can buy in Asia’s Silicon Valley-Bengaluru!!

Money can’t buy happiness, is a popular saying which I’m sure all of us have heard many times. But if happiness is buying the most luxurious home in the city, then this saying goes void.

Today, BucketList.Asia is featuring the most expensive (on a per sqft. basis) residential apartment one can buy in the city of Bengaluru, the capital of India’s southern Karnataka State – which is often dubbed as Asia’s Silicon Valley.

Centrally located at Kasturba cross road, behind the renowned UB City, India’s first Luxury Mall – is Prestige Kingfisher Towers. Costing INR 30Cr onwards per apartment, this is Bengaluru’s most expensive apartment project that was formally inaugurated in December 2018.

So what would one get for this price?? Well to say in one basic but lengthy sentence – you would get a centrally air-conditioned 8321 sqft (that’s HUGE!!) 4 bedroom apartment, with fully-fitted wardrobes and kitchen including the white goods along with a nice deck (where one can sit and enjoy their morning coffee).

That said, what caught our attention was that this price translates to a whopping INR 36,000 (approx.) per square feet of space. WOW!! (We are definitely in awe of the ELITE FEW who have chosen this to be their home)

Now, let’s move onto the details.  Designed by Thomas Architects, this project which has been built on a 4.5acre land parcel consists of ground + 33 floors along with 2 basements and 4 mlcps. When queried on the design language, Prestige Group told BucketList.Asia, “Kingfisher Towers has been designed to function as a repose amidst the hustle of the chaotic vicinity it is situated at. The regions flow seamlessly from one to another giving continuity while giving one a sense of a larger space. The 3 soaring residential towers rise from the fifth floor onwards overlooking the endless lush green canopy of cubbon park on one side and streetscape of the city on the other side.”

In terms of access , there is one from Kasturba road, one from Walton street and one from Lavelle cross road. And wait….what we liked the most was – it has a direct access to UB city (Yes…so after all that luxury shopping one can directly head home without getting stuck in traffic!!)

Coming to the features, (now this is the most exciting part isn’t it??..hence saved it for the last). The ground floor has a grand reception with 5-star equivalent banquet hall, a 24*7 lounge, a meeting room a luxury mini theatre, one that will run new releases via UFO Digital Cinema.

The project also houses badminton and squash courts, a gymnasium, a spa & saloon, a sauna, steam & jacuzzi room, a kids play area with board games, a billiards room, a doctor’s clinic and a concierge service. Phew..thats a huge list.

Oh wait we are not done yet. Now coming to our favourite – It also comes with a massive cantilevered swimming pool with an infinity edge (how super cool is that) and a party lawn on the 21st floor. (now who wouldn’t want to party so high in the sky!!). Adding to this, is that every fifth level is said to have lavish sprawling terraces built on metal trays which has state of the art amenities whilst interconnecting the 3 towers. OK ..now the list is done!!

So finally to finish up – while most of these apartments are sold out, there are a handful left – so if you have the money, do go for it. Or if you want to wait a while, the Group is coming up with another project that is similarly priced called Prestige Hermitage. This we are sure will be equally luxurious as well (& hopefully we will cover it as well ). So until next time…Happy Living.
